General Rules
Attire: Shirt and court shoes required.
Outside Food & Drink: Not allowed.
Speakers: No outside speakers allowed.
Minimum Age: No minimum age; however, any child under 13 requires a parent or guardian present unless they are under the direction of the Box Pickleball Club coaching staff.
Animals: Only service animals are permitted; proof of service registration must be presented at the front desk.
Outside Coaches: To maintain a high-quality experience and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all members and guests, Box Pickleball Club does not allow coaching by outside instructors on its premises.
Smoking: Smoking anywhere in the Club is strictly prohibited. Should anyone be responsible for setting off our fire monitoring system, located in the bathrooms and elsewhere throughout the club, they may be responsible for any fees incurred by the City or Fire Department for the false alarm and will lose Club privileges.
Late Cancellation & No-Shows
Private Lessons: 24-hour cancellation required (penalty: 50% refund as a credit on account)
Clinics: 24-hour cancellation required (penalty: $10)
Open Play: 24-hour cancellation required (penalty: $10)
Court Reservations: 24-hour cancellation required (penalty: $20)

Ball Machine
Members can rent a ball machine for $10 an hour.
